We offer several class types at CrossFit Enumclaw to meet your personal goals. If you are interested in one of these classes, feel free to contact us at any time to discuss your goals and optoins.
Group WODThis is our main workout class for daily WOD's. There is always a coach at every class to ensure your safety with proper load and techniques.
On RampThis is the recommended fundemental course designed to introduce you to CrossFit and prepare you to join the Group WOD.
In this class we cover CrossFit theory, nutrition, gymnastic skills, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Kettlebell work and other CrossFit basics.
Olympic WeightliftingWe have several certified Olympic Weightlifting coaches. This class is designed for those wanting to compete in Olympic Weightlifting or those wanting to imporve their lifting techniques.
Learn how to dramatically increase your power output and speed by improving your technique.
Sport Specific TrainingWe offer training for sport specific focus. Our coaching backgrounds extend beyond CrossFit level 1 certifications. We have coaches certified in Kettlebell, CrossFit Football, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Rowing, CrossFit Kids, Nutrition and Endurance.
We can design a program for you based on your personal goals. Do you have a big season coming up or a race you are preparng for? We can help you improve your personal best.
Personal TrainingWe offer personal training for those who are not ready for a group class. All of our workouts are scalable and there will always be a coach to help you scale the workout based on your ability.
If you are more comfortable in a one-on-one atmosphere, let us help you.
Drop-InFor experienced CrossFitters, we have a daily drop-in rate of $15.00 per day. This is typically used for those who are traveling and visiting our area from another CrossFit Affiliate around the world.
You can save time and pay prior to going into the gym. The Drop-In times are on the same schudele as our daily WOD classes.
